This vegan and gluten-free granola is a great way to start the day or have a healthy snack anytime. It's packed with nutrients to stick with you. It's also super simple to make.
We enjoy it with flax milk, like breakfast cereal, or layered with unsweetened coconut yogurt for a dairy-free parfait.

Experiment with sunflower seeds, different nuts, and various sweeteners to get some healthy variety. You can also try different oats to see which ones crunch and which ones stay chewy in the crock-pot process.
