Sunshine Shake

A complete mini-meal in just 5 minutes!

Serves: 2
Prep Time: 5 minutes



Ingredients

  • 1 medium orange, peeled, chopped
  • 1 medium banana, peeled, broken into chunks
  • 1/2 CUP plain yogurt (or almond milk or coconut milk)
  • 1/16 TSP cinnamon
  • 1/16 TSP nutmeg


Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Cover blender and blend on high until mixture is smooth, about 1 minute.
  3. Pour into glasses to serve.
